ewcastle United’s sensational summer signing, Nick Woltemade, has confirmed that he earned more money as a porn star.
Premier League footballers are well-known for splashing the cash with their high earnings, but German centre-forward Nick Woltemade has confirmed that he actually earned more money as a porn star than he does by playing Premier League football for Newcastle United.
Still only 43, Nick Woltemade had a very successful career back in the 1980s as a German porn star, performing under the alias Big Nick Blitzkrieg.
“It was something I got into during my apprenticeship at Werder Bremen – https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SV_Werder_Bremen. A film director watched me playing, one Sunday afternoon, and said that I had a great look, perfect for German porn. He asked me if I’d be interested in getting paid huge amounts of money for having the sex with lots of different women, and I jumped at the chance.”
Woltemade surprised that he earned more money as a porn star.
Standing at over two meters tall and donning the classic blonde mustache and the long, curly hair that is synonymous with 1970s German porn stars, Woltemade – known as Voldemort to his friends – says that everything is in proportion. He looks back with fond memories of those days, eating out in California.
“At the time, California was where it was at, and they were paying the big bucks for a big guy like me. Some days, I could do two films a day, earning me $10,000.00 per shot. Some weeks I was earning more than $140,000.00 a week, which really surprised me. I didn’t realise German porn stars earned so much money; more than most footballers earn.”
“Obviously, it’s not like football where you get a long contract. I just had an agent who would call me up and tell me that a director was doing a multi-actor beach scene, and would I be interested? When I signed for Newcastle United, I didn’t expect to say that I earned more money as a porn star, but, based on an hourly rate, I most certainly did.”
Forest fans wait for the corner flag picture.
The former 1980s German porn star was on form again yesterday as Newcastle United hammered Nottingham Forest 2-0 at St James’ Park, taking all three points and probably Ange Postecoglou’s job.
As Forest fans wait with anticipation for the club’s classic corner flag picture, confirming an announcement of managerial departure, Woltemade commented on his performance and his penalty kick that gave Newcastle the 2-0 win on the day.
“I always like a perform well. I like to look good on the ball and put it right where the fans want it. We gave Forest a good seeing-to in the end; really pounded them at the back. We didn’t have to be concerned with coming early from behind. I really enjoyed my finish too. It was the money shot that the viewers had paid to see.”
Woltemade concluded, “I feel sorry for Ange, though. He hasn’t even moved into his new house properly yet. He’s still got dozens of boxes in the garage, marked with different locations within the house.”
Tree Seasons prediction: Ange Sacked but not quite yet. We think they’ll give him until the Leeds game.
